What is an Exit Indicator?

An exit indicator is made exactly like a primary and secondary indicator. In fact, your exit indicator could be one of your primary or secondary indicators.

The placement of your exit indicator could be on the charts or a separate indicator below the charts.

The purpose of the exit indicator is to signal when the trend that you have entered has ended and it is time to take the profits.

The No Nonosense Forex method has many exit indicators besides your separate indicator. For instance, if price crossed and closed over your baseline, that would be a signal to exit. If either the Primary or Secondary indicator switched signals while in the trade, that would also signal to exit.

An exit indicator is usually a little faster paced than your primary or secondary indicator because its purpose is to make sure it keeps you in profit.
