What time to trade

-Only the Daily Charts

-1:40pm Pacific Standard Time

(20 minutes before the close of the daily candle)

In case the you cannot trade that timeframe depending on where you live or your schedule you can trade after that daily candle has closed. The hour that follows the close is a terrible hour to trade because the spread goes way up.

Avoid the hour right after but as soon as the Asian session starts the spreads go back down to normal.

Don’t pay attention to the newest starting candle, work with the previous candle.

In some cases depending on what country you live in, check what time your broker’s daily candle closes and you can trade 20 minutes before that candle closes.
